Pere Ubu / Human League — 3 December 1978
A contemporary research record for the reported Pere Ubu / Human League Chancellor Hall date on Sunday 3 December 1978.
Contemporary evidence

Status: strong contemporary booking evidence; not ticket-backed.
Bill caution
The surviving Chancellor Hall venue chronology pairs Pere Ubu with the Human League on 3 December. The contemporary notice checked here confirms the Chelmsford Pere Ubu date but does not by itself prove the complete local bill.
The archive therefore keeps the Human League pairing visible as a venue-list record while avoiding a stronger claim until a local advert, poster, ticket or report is found.
Archive decision
This date is worth promoting above a bare later gigography because a contemporary Record Mirror notice names the Chelmsford booking. It remains open for primary/local confirmation.
